This is such a comfortable place to be. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are decent size and the sleeping arrangements are all comfortable and clean. They have parking on site which is also great!

The aesthetic and no-contact hotel aspect is seamless. The Coach House team has done an excellent job at serving their clients without staff constantly being on site! Our room was cozy and had everything! Noise cancelling sound machine, the comfiest robes, ice bucket, complimentary snacks and coffee, umbrellas, phone chargers, hair dryer, ironing board and iron… everything! I would definitely stay again! There was a bridal party staying there and I thought that was a neat idea how they got ready because it was all so close to each other.

Location was 10/10 if you like a quaint area and a very short walk to the beach. We could see the ocean from the main bedroom. We traveled from Nashville, TN to initially see Boston (which we did), but we ended up booking here and it did not disappoint! We are already wanting to book another trip back and we would highly recommend this location if you like being outside of the city. Also- Surside Subs has the best pizza, subs and ice cream! It’s in walking distance also. The unit was on the first level which made trekking in and out easy. Parking was easy. Everything was great. Thanks so much for a wonderful first time trip to the New England area!

Boasting an on-site restaurant and lounge, a fitness centre and a heated indoor swimming pool, Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites is located in Salem, Massachusetts, 6 km from Abbott Park. Dolly at the front desk in the evening was especially helpful in guiding us to the places we wanted to see. Devin our bartender in the Regatta tavern was thoughtful and conversational, just easy to be around. Chrissy, our waitress throughout the day was cheery, quick, attentive and provided us with the best food choices. The rooms were exactly what we had hoped for, comfy, clean and roomy enough. The location is central in the town allowing for easy access to all activities in the area.
