Welcome to Hotel Lumberjack, proudly located in historic Sonora, California. Our hotel offers a newly envisaged Americana Motel experience inspired by the rich Lumberjack culture. The room was well-equipped and modern. Everything was clean and the decor was minimalistic but very charming. The personnel were helpful and we had no problems checking in or our. We actually liked it so much we stayed one more night. The town of Sonora is idyllic and there's plenty of shops and some shorter outdoor trails for those into hiking.

Cabin is beautiful in and out, is very charming and cozy, beds are very comfortable and there was enough beds for our family of 12, including kids, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is a laundry room, a big plus, when we arrived ac was on and working great!! Everything was very clean and fresh bedding and towels, so much better than staying in a hotel, yes some reviews say is dated, but is a cabin in the woods so for us it was perfect, we loved loved loved the wood walls and ceiling, and people please the water is yellow because is a well that is why the toilets are stain, they are not dirty!! we definitely are coming back soon to enjoy this place with its beautiful views

Fully furnished and equipped apartment. Designed in the coziest way and has everything you may need, either to spend the night or to stay for a week. Located on the main strip of the lovely Sonora, it's just a walking distance from some very cool restaurants and shops, and also quite close to several trails into the woods and by the river. The apartment has everything. From a fully equipped kitchen, to a washing machine and a dryer and everything else you can imagine. We had only one night to spend, but it really was a great pleasure!

Radim was a fantastic host who really made sure we were looked after. The house was lovely, with so many delightful touches - the kids especially took full advantage of the complimentary treats, and somehow the smart fridge was a hit! We had such a relaxing time, sitting out on the deck playing cards, watching the ducks and chickens, and making friends with the cats. Having use of a washing machine was a blessing for a family of 4 in the middle of a 2 week tour. The house is in a lovely quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the middle of Sonora, which in itself is a charming place. You can also head just over the road and up Dragoon Gulch for a very pleasant walk and terrific views. In hindsight we'd have loved to have stayed a little longer than the 2 nights we booked.
