The host is very responsive, which was of great help when the hot-water heater unexpected stopped working during my stay. My host, her cleaning lady and I communicated well with each other to address the issue and the host was very gracious to offer me (of her own volition) a number of additional nights' stay for free. The cleaning lady took me to the nearby supermarket on the first night and showed me the town center while we waited for the repair person on another day. She also did my laundry for a reasonable additional fee.
