Very attentive staff with special thanks to Son whose positive attitude and smiling face made our day. Wish I could remember the names of the girls on front desk they were all amazing. Breakfasts were great as were the staff. The Moon Boutique obviously understands the value of great customer service and it shows everywhere in the hotel. Oh yes, the room …. absolutely loved it! You owe it to yourself to experience this wonderful hotel in Cat Ba.

The location was excellent - close to town but was in a quiet area. The breakfast was delicious- an assortment of Vietnamese classics and basics like eggs and fruit salad. And we had the best shower since being in the country.
