Since my partner and I come from UK and could not speak any Vietnamese, we were pleasantly surprised that Thien’s English was to a very high standard. We checked in at an awkward time of 3am but Thien welcomed us and this was much appreciated from us since we endured a long and exhausting flight. I wish Thien and the rest of the team here great success and good health.
