The place was very clean and was about as value for money as you can get in these parts.

The villa itself was a good standard. Spacious and although the chairs and single beds a little uncomfortable generally the decor was well done. The pool outside is nice and clean but for some reason they have all the pools facing the road rather than what will be the lake. I had the number of someone from the villas on messages and they were helpful and responsive when I asked specific questions. The resort will be nice when it's complete The location is quite close to the park It was wet, cold and windy when we were there and the villa was a good place for us to relax when there wasn't anything else going on The main restaurant is pretty spectacular but gets cold when it's bad weather. The food and service was good but menu is very limited. There was a good bolognese that our fussy kid was happy with. The fish was exceptional. The spa bath/onsen was clean and relaxing. But there is no real changing rooms

If I return to the Ninh Bin area I will book this resort again without a second thought. Worth mention that they take care of minimising waste like providing some toiletry made with wood or paper rather than plastic 👍👍

Lovely resort pity we only stayed 1 night here. I would recommend at least 2 nights in this beautiful place. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, extremely quite and private. Breakfast was extremely impressive. The resort amenities included also decent sized gym, a spa, and outdoor swimming pools. The service was friendly and lovely really trying to make us comfortable.

The room is clean, with a front yard, the swimming pool ahead, a green garden, in room we have a double and a single bed, shower, the dining room is about 10m away across the pool. We spend most of our day time in the surrounding nature such as Hoa lu historical site, Am Tien cave, the hot spring Kenh Ga, all in a distance of 10 km. The night is calm, quiet. Good for pleasant sleep. Thank for not hearing Karaoke sounds . Also thank for Mrs. Bay, the lady who well taken care of us.
