Facing the beachfront, Pumula Beach Hotel offers 3-star accommodation in Umzumbe and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. This is a really special hotel. My wife and I loved it. Great location, beautiful grounds, very friendly and competent staff, terrific food, and our room was very comfortable with an excellent view of the ocean (with frequent whale sightings). Public spaces were also very relaxing and comfortable. For families with children I could see it being particularly good, as they have ongoing activities for kids. They are also associated with a local surf school, so people who are interested in surfing can easily arrange for board rentals or lessons. Highly recommend.

Summer Place Umzumbe offers accommodation in Umzumbe. Every room at this hotel is air conditioned and has a TV with satellite channels. Certain units include a seating area for your convenience. Nothing to complain at all. Best location, Best sea view, the villa ,,Out Look,, is big enough for big family. My kids enjoyed the beach most just at the door step. Eric is such a nice guy at the place. Definitely will go back to spend wonderful time again.

With direct access to a beach, Days at Sea Beach Lodge features an infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean. Breakfast was great. Staff , I think the Owner of Days At Sea should be very proud to have them, they are excellent and will really go out of their way to make it enjoyable. Moly the chef is excellent we picked up a few kilograms 🙄
