The staff were very friendly and very helpful. To arrange something for the guests was never an issue. Making restaurant reservation or suggestions. The staff are the jewels to this place and location is perfect too. We had many laughs.

Everything was perfect , staff very friendly . Definitely will visit the place in future .

Located in Voelklip, a suburb of Hermanus, Mosselberg on Grotto Beach offers heated pool and courtyard. This elegant boutique hotel features free WiFi and is a 5-minute walk from the beach. I lived in many countries and am a seasoned traveler. This was probably the most spacious room I've ever stayed in. The room is large, has big glass doors opening onto the ocean with an open plan en suite bathroom. It is modern and well maintained. The way the facilities are laid out in the room shows somebody paid attention to detail. For example, the towels are right where you need them at the basin, not somewhere over there. 10/10 for this facility. I will stay there again in a heartbeat. We were held up by traffic and was running late for a wedding. The staff checked us in in two seconds and helped us with whatever we needed to get ready soon.

What really struck me about the staff is how much they actually care about your experience, always asking “can I help you with x” or “we can do y if that’s better for you” etc without skipping a beat!

Located in Sandbaai, only 50 meters away from Schulphoek Bay, Schulphoek Seafront House features an outdoor pool and a garden. Lovely views, decor, service and the best breakfast!!

Harbour House Hotel in Hermanus enjoys the most prominent of positions in the heart of the old harbour area, flanked by the seaside and the bustling centre of this holiday town. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and it was SO convenient for everything. Breakfast was great, infinity swimming pool was great, and being able to looksl for whales while swimming was an amazing experience. I would throighly recommend it to everybody!!

The team running the hotel is beyond fantastic - special mention to Dean who has truly made our stay special with his impeccable service, positive attitude & attention to detail (we got our own private dinner on the balcony!). Highly recommended hotel.
