The Property was excellent , the booking.com reservation did not work and the property had no record of the booking , which had been paid in full on the booking.com site, the guest had to pay again. the double payment not resolved , the customer support is robotic , so there is a challenge ,such a pity as my guest always said online bookings are not for them , and i assured them all ok. So they will not book again this way or let me do so.

The dinner and breakfast were great, and the staff were super helpful. We had to adjust the dates of our stay as our travel got delayed, and they helped us arrange this with no issues at all. We arrived at the lodge only to be told that there had been a mix up with the booking, however, the issue was resolved thanks to the lady at the reception.
