Since booking we've been in touch with Alice on WhatsApp. All the way from Tirana airport to Saranda, on various issues. The first thing that pleased you when checking in was the cleanliness and complete compliance of the apartment, which you chose according to the photos, is the specifically chosen apartment. There are 3 air conditioners. Utensils and kitchenware are enough. Electrical appliances: refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, hairdryer, microwave, washing machine. Big SMART TV with YouTube and Netflix. Stunning view from balcony to sea! Everywhere is very clean, beds are comfortable, mattresses are new, soft and elastic, soft pillows. Comfortable sofa and chairs on the balcony. Stylish mirrors and chandeliers. Internet Wi-Fi is great! Free parking on the street, near the house. Care manifested itself in everything. We got more than we expected! We are very grateful for our comfortable stay for Alice and her assistants. Various beaches within walking distance (2-3 minutes). Shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, pharmacy - everything is nearby. It was quiet and comfortable, with stunning harbour views. I am glad that we stayed at Luxury Holiday in Royal Apartment for King and Queen! Be sure to return to you again!

Huge balcony wih wicker furniture and rocking chair. The most huge and expensive yachts in the world stayed stopped under the balcony. This is a thousand times cooler than we could have imagined! Brand new, modern, spacious great apartment (LUXURY SUITE) with an amazing view of the sea and the town from the balcony - one of the best sunsets ever! The location was amazing, and the beaches were beautiful! New house with marble stairs is located directly on the beach by the sea. The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! VIP STYLE! I would say that currently this is the best option for staying in Saranda if you prefer ROYAL LIFE! And many thanks to owners for your devotion and personal attitude that made our stay so unique! Will definitely come back again!

The location was great. The room was nice and clean and it had a nice terrace with a great view. Watching the usnset was so beautiful! The hosts were kind enough to help us organize parking on the street so that we did not have to pay and park in the garage.
