Excellent location, 5th floor, quiet and cozy, everything inside (including several different appliances to make coffee :-) ). Very pleasant host, fluent in English, and very open to any suggestions for improvement - if you need anything just ask. Quiet area, entrance to the building from peaceful pedestrian yard between buildings. Located just above EcoMarket (the same building), with nice places around (pastry shop, quick business lunch place, fitness gym, other shops, restaurants, fast foods, pharmacy, etc.). Close to the highway and very easy to leave or come back from a trip. For every recommendation.
