Very nice room with balcony and view. Nice temperature - not too hot and heated floor in bathroom was great. Nice fluffy bathrobe provided for pool, spa etc. Excellent food of a very high standard. Free lunch provided from about 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent gym - top quality equipment. Also pool, hot tub and sauna. Walking distance to two ski lifts or ski bus stops at the door. Ski storage room Hotel also offers the Sunshine card for free activities like snow shoeing and cross country skiing.

Peaceful and quiet. They have lots of facilities for the kids: playground, playroom, bio lake, water and sand playground. They have very cosy and clean sauna. Apartments are great but little bit dark. We didn't spend lots of time there because in resort they gave us Kartnen - the card and guidebook with lots of places to see - free with that card in summer.

We've been there in Winter as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids (5, 3 and 1 y/o). The hotel is extremely child-friendly and at the same time provides plenty of relaxing and fun opportunities for adults. The food is really great (dinner is a high quality full-course meal). Comfortable apartment, great swimming pools (in plural) and saunas (in plural). Very friendly and helpful staff (Sarah and Alexandra from reception always went the extra mile being patient with my many questions and making sure all our plans were fulfilled). Absolutely great experience.
