The staff are always so welcoming and helpful and the restaurant food was superb! The bar is lovely. It is a handy place to stay due to its proximity to the Cairns Hospital. We were given an upgrade with no charge and moved floors for us as my Mum doesn’t like heights.

What a lovely stay we had and all the staff at reception and the cleaner were really lovely and so helpful. The beds in the room were super comfy and also included in the room was a TV, fridge, cutlery and crockery. There was a great barbecue area within the grounds of swimming pool and the swimming pool was beautiful. Everything was immaculate. Would most definitely stay again if I visit Cairns.
