The location was perfect, not in the middle of the hotel strip. Everything we wanted was easily accessed. The room was spacious and the kitchen was handy for breakfast and lunches. The room was also very quiet - no water noises or people walking above our heads.

The private island provided a quiet space to enjoy the beaches, and the flamingoes were an extra special attraction on the island. The boat ride to the island was quick and easy to access. All the staff in every position along the way were extremely helpful and friendly! And having the casino down the hall was an added bonus for a fun-filled, adult get-away!

There was a good variety of restaurants to choose from. The rooms were very comfortable and the resort is immaculate. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Each of them was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Every encounter made you just a bit happier. And it was every person we encountered. I've never experienced such a wonderful environment thanks to the staff and amenities. You could borrow beach bags and snorkeling equipment. There was flexible checkout and support when our flight was cancelled last minute. And yummy breakfast every day. Also the pool area is gorgeous and relaxing.
