    This resort was awesome… we even tried cancelling it Hotel for the following night in Belize city to stay another night here, but couldn’t. The staff were amazing, the cabins were great…

    The rooms, staff and resort are great. However food quality vs price is not as good as in the rest of Belize (yes, we took into account that’s in a rainforest - next to the highway but still) and we faced some issues with noise due to constructions in and nearby the resort which was resolved but took us a lot of effort too.

    The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was perfect with sweet and savory breads, fruit, and beverages. We also enjoyed dinner at the resort each night. Serena was a great cook! Our family had a great time. We loved the pool, playing volleyball, and the playground area. The WiFi was the fastest connection we found in Belize. Close proximity to tubing and zipline adventures. Highly recommend.

    we only stayed one night at the resort. the landscaping is stunning. our villa was beautifully decorated and a one minute walk from the restaurant and bar. the mountains and rainforest are lovely here. the mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.

    The grounds of the resort are absolutely beautiful. The staff went over and beyond to ensure a relaxing stay in the rainforest. The restaurant on site has some of the best food in Belize. I highly recommend staying at Sleeping Giant for those looking to relax under the lush foliage of the rainforest and explore the beauty that Belize has to offer.
