Our stay was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Front Office Manager Antonio Quetglas. His flexibility and friendly approach made all the difference.

Friendly, helpful, well-organized, great-communicative host. The house had everything you needed, for the stay, for the kitchen, you mentioned it. Furthermore, the location is just perfect (I could have used the bus with the card you receive, but everything was so close that I didn't take it once): close to the Ski Resort, close to the centre, it's really an average 15min. walk for everything. The place was clean and everything was working fine.

I received amazing, warm and dedicated service. Considers the price in a special way. The place with the most amazing view in the city. Zero price with maximum service of a luxury hotel. Strong heating in the rooms. Clean and well maintained. Courteous and decent room service. No words. It is highly recommended. Next time I'll just go there.

I felt so grateful that it was in the best location. right outside was the ski resort, train, ski rentals and little grocery store. Perfect walking distance to other restaurants but you couldn’t beat the hotel restaurants and breakfast. The hotel staff were more than helpful. All in all best experience in Davos.
