Sauna world was nice, staff was friendly (except ladies from reception), a nice corner for the kids. The swimming pool is nice as well with rome bath included and access is not limited.

The hotel is located in the center of the resort, 50 steps from springs rise water. Bright rooms, comfortable and pleasant beds. Breakfast was delicious, tables beautifully set. It was convenient to use the bar on the first floor of the hotel in the evening hours. I especially want to emphasize the responsiveness of the staff.

The staff very welcoming explained everything and always there to help. Style fits nicely to a spa resort. The arrangement is very smart so that the room feels quite spacious. You find everything you need - even a small washing machine. I loved the patio from where you enter the individual studios. The access to the building and to the room is via PIN code -> flexibility reg. arrival time. Staff was super friendly.
