Apparently, they choose every now and then vip guests and he chose us it was out first time there and we got an invite to the spa and upgrade on our room ! I recommend very much nice resort ! Facilities are very good with a choice of pools, each with its own bar, there are games facilities and sports onsite too. The all-inclusive option is popular and provides more than enough food and drink options from the main restaurant - there are also two themed restaurants onsite. My room was comfortable and the pillows are lovely.

Water park is great and the beach is fantastic. Don't pay any attention to the fat people moaning about walking up the hill back to the hotel, it's not so bad and good exercise.

The all inclusive drinks were nice, if not a little on the small size, The food was ok, having food freshly cooked was nice but some was sat for a long time. The balcony/terrace was a good size and the maid cleaned every day. Lovely bar staff.

Good animation for children, a water park, varied food (various seafood, paella, etc), very polite and friendly staff, a large number of cocktails at the bar included in "all inclusive". The hotel was spotlessly clean food was delicious with a huge variety. The staff were so nice, helpful and easy going. The Internet was bad but that really didn't bother me. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. Had a wonderful stay

All inclusive was juts brilliant, amazing food selection with different offer every day. Three swimming pools, enough sun beds, and very close to the sea with wide sandy beach.
