We called ahead from the airport and were very grateful they arranged for our room to be available as soon as we got there. After a long and uncomfortable flight we felt welcome and in good care thanks to the excellent staff. It was rare to find a resort where service is consistently good across front desk, house keeping, pool area and maintenance.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options, the fish bar is a must for a sunset meal with beautiful food.

Once there you are solely reliant on the resort and it's 3 restaurants. We were all inclusive, however the booking stated all restaurants were included yet when we booked the fish restaurant they said it wasn't included, once we showed the hotel manager the booking stating this they still would not refund it.AlanFamily with young children

It is a luxury resort with every detail covered but what really made the experience was the staff. The people at the resort are by far and away their greatest asset. We were taken care of by people who genuinely cared about us and were clearly very proud of their role and the resort. Kiji went above and beyond, as did Semi and Eparama. Those big smiles and genuine laughs brought us back to life after a very tough couple of years.KatherineGroup
