The photos are true to life: you get a nice sea view from the balcony over the resort, with a morning sun, until about noon. Then you are safe from the heat, so can talk, eat, or work on the terrace the whole afternoon and evening and enjoy the panorama. You enter the large terrace from a street (place) door. The apartment has a full window sliding door, openable 2/3. Enter a small living room with a double extensible sofa, extensible table, fully functional Ikea kitchen with a small refrigerator + freezer, a combined oven/microwave, etc. Bring spices and any special things you need. There is one full bedroom with a double bed on the far side, bathroom in the middle, and a gallery over the bathroom accessible via a wooden ladder from the living, that can host up to 3-4 mattresses. Ideal for kids, low ceiling for adults. There are separately operable air conditioning indoor units in the living and in the bedroom. The apartment provides everything you need for a relaxed stay. Notes - The upper pool was excellent for swimming. - There are lots of trails around, for instance Cap Dramont is 20 minutes away on foot, the beaches and Agay village around the same. In best case you rent a bike or a car (they are about the same price per day). - There are shops (Leclerc, Lidl nearby by car), but the local shop in the resort has very good selection and reasonable markup. - The local services in the resort are very good, even the prices are not necessarily overblown. - If you come by car, you can ask for parking. Beware, there are 3 different areas. There is a short term parking near the apartment that you can use for unloading, free for one hour. Another gate goes to the outdoor parking, but you must use the parking house (with the blue badge).

I know Cap Esterel since 30 years, so it was easy to find everything. The apartment was clean and ready when we arrived, a little earlier than forecasted. Position in my opinion is one of the best in the village. Hosts have demonstrated flexibility and helped with bed linen.
