They went above and beyond even surprising my partner with a birthday card!! Spotlessly clean, great location, for the castle and cathedral etc. safe parking, superb facilities and luxury touches. Continental breakfast delivered each morning. Also I would highly recommend the little cafe that is affiliated to them within a short walk away for an amazing cooked breakfast. Cannot fault the whole experience and especially the staff . Looking forward to returning.

The facilities are consistently good and you get what you expect every time. It is not a luxury hotel by any means but is way better than the alternatives in the vicinity - Ibis and Windmill.

We felt like we were the only people that mattered. We have a feeling that we won’t be able to get here again as it will be constantly fully booked. We are looking to stay again in the new year. The best hotel we have ever stayed in and don’t be put off by the 3 star rating, this is because they are restoring parts of this magnificent hotel, it’s by far a 5 star luxury place to stay

Tv has Wi-Fi connection. The price is good for somewhere with a hot tub many others charge more for this luxury.
