Booking very easy, answered email promptly that I sent about 2 weeks before our check in, check in was done in a flash, on site restaurant very good and included breakfast had every option you could have hoped for, everything in lobby, room, halls, elevators was spotless

This is a gross mis representation of thos property which we paid a significant amount of money for and runied our christmas as we needed somewhere to stay whilst visiting relatives.I have added 4 photos but i have many more. As a family of 4, we had an unexpected upgrade to the family suite, which had two rooms for added privacy. The receptionist was outstanding! The whole stay was 10 times better than a recent stay in a luxury hotel in Newport. Will definitely recommend, and stay again!
