Hotel and the facilities are perfect for families with children as it has amazing surroundings, beautiful nature and Petrcane are really close to Zadar which is a beautiful city. Very modern, clean and spacious property. Comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Large shower downstairs. Big corner bath upstairs, did not use as prefer showers. Plenty of towels. Washing machine with soap powder provided. Nice seating area with table and chairs for alfresco dining outside. Quick walk to the bridge at Nin. Owner, very nice guy, quick to respond to messages. Even contacted us one night when it was very windy and offered to bring over blankets if we needed them. Would certainly recommend his property.

Owners of the Residence were very friendly and offered 4 good bikes for the use of guests with no additional fee. Very relaxed and flexible hosts. Petrčane is lovely peaceful village perfect for runaway vacation. Great experience 🥰

Lovely location, particularly since this hotel is in a town as opposed to a purpose built holiday resort. We enjoyed the pool but particularly enjoyed being right beside the sea. We paid a little more for a room with a sea view which we loved.
