It's a great choice for one or two nights if you want to travel during the day. It's a normal Japanese house, so no sterile hotel. 1 minute from the station and around 15 min walk to enoshima. The pictures on the page are what you get. No luxury but good, clean basic housing.

Staff were fine but a little on the cross side - the lady was quite sharp with us for forgetting to remove our shoes. Other than that the accommodation itself was lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable and good value for Kamakura. Breakfast was homemade granola or Japanese style breakfast and was all good. Proximity to the beach was good, but about a fifteen minute walk to the main parts of Kamakura.MargaretGroup

At Kimie's we slept in comfy beds and had traditional Japanese breakfast, proved to be a bit hard for the kids but good experience.
