Nice and peaceful area for a relaxed family vacation. The staffs were very friendly and helped us with pick up from Karuizawa station. From a bus stop near the hotel, we can catch an express bus that goes directly to Kusatsu Onsen (around 1 hour), so we can enjoy both Kusatsu and Karuizawa. The grilled apple at the lobby is nice!

    The location is close to the ski lift and free shuttle bus from station (around 1 hour drive) but remember to book online ahead of your trip. The nature onsen is great if you like the authentic ones, however the facitlity in the onsen area is very basic compare to other onsen hotels or ski resorts we been to. The breakfast is ok.

    All the staff at the resort were so helpful, friendly and pleasant. The snowboarding experience was incredible not over crowded. The food at the resort was amazing.

    The location is great surrounded by beautiful mountains easy access with the free shuttle service! The staff was nice and accommodating. And the room is BIGger than other resorts you usually find in Japan. I really enjoy the sunrise gondola/sunrise skiing the view is amazing definitely worth waking up for!
