An intimate and stylish hotel, wonderfully decorated, lush vegetation and relaxing pool. The breakfast was delicios as well as the dinner. They provide free of charge tuk-tuk drive to the night market. We were also fruits and cookies when we arrived and also a bottle of wine în the last night. The overall hotel atmosphere was magic. Many thanks to the hotel manager and the whole staff for this memorable experience!

Pheng and his team greeted us with a cold towel scented with lemongrass and a welcome drink. After the 5 hr car ride from Phnom Pehn it was much welcomed. The resort is tranquil and an amazing experience. You should not not book anything else and stay there to enjoy the tea time, Breakfast, dinner, pool, spa and take a bike ride around the rice fields. We did the all inclusive with the butler, meals and daily shuttle and we didn't have to worry about anything. The service was beyond accomodating. Our family suite had twin full baths with tub and shower which really helped with multiple people in the room. I slept like a baby and waking up to the fresh morning dew was refreshing. I will revisit again definitely!

The staff is amazing, very kind, helpful from reception to restaurant, kichen, cleaning. The place is an oasis, big garden well mentained, big and clean swimming pool, main building ans small houses. The room is huge, clean, small living room, big bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, AC. The breakfast was very good, more than decent as I read some reviews, fresh fruits and vegetables, different types of eggs or local food, wonderful local desert with pumkin and coconut milk.

They arranged for us an excellent guided tour of the Angkok temples and the private transport from/to hotel. Upon arrival, we were suprised with an upgrade to a pool villa: magnificent. We strongly recommend this resort for Siem Reap visitors

Wow! Jaya House River Park was 10/10 on all fronts. From the location immersed in nature (yet a 6 min tuktuk ride from the center), the comfortable and spacious rooms, the x2 scenic pools, the complimentary services (including massages), and free tuktuks into town. What truly made a difference was the impeccable service provided by ALL employees. We really felt fully taken care of 24/7 and were so glad we stayed 4 nights! Thank you, for the incredible experience - we will be back without a doubt.
