the property is spacious and serene . the entire setting of the property is very beautiful and heavenly. the staff is always happy , smiling , serving and accommodating. it was like a home away from home . they took amazing care of us . the food is amazing and they helped me use their kitchen as well . the villas and it’s structure is just kind blowing . Oneg and his team went all the way to make us happy and comfortable . it’s a excellent property with fantastic service , and I just can’t stop talking enough about it .

Right from our checkin, the experience was amazing. The team were welcoming and make you feel at home. Every request was attended to instantly. Other luxury hotels should take some lessons from the Memoire Palace Resort team. The breakfast was good. They make food based on your preference and in our case, the chief was surprising us with a different breakfast every day.

The superb room, location and most importantly..excellent serivce from David (owner) and his crew I would highly recommend Shintaya Saya Residence. We had complimentary airport transfers and David personally drove us. The mini bar was always filled up. Daily refreshments like juice and fresh fruits awaits us in the evening. And did I mentioned the welcome drink was a lovely bottle of wine ! The pool is always clean and room was super big!! location wise was great too as it's near to Angkor wat, and yet not too far from the city. Our driver, Wan would waited for us to finish our meal, when he realise the restaurant was very far out. The part that touched me most was when David, wife and crew appeared with roses and cake at hotel door step to celebrate with my birthday with me. What a surprise!! Big shout-out and Thank you to David & his team for making my birthday and 1st trip in Cambodia such a special one.

It is a lush resort in the city. The days were amazing. They organized an Apsara dinner dance and the circus. The room was very spacious and clean and had little extras like a long bench for sitting and a bench for luggage. Breakfast was amazing - all kinds of choices including an omelet station. A really wonderful hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Lotus Blanc. The staff were so helpful and so kind and the Spa was a wonderfully relaxing break throughout the day. The pool was gorgeous and the food in the bar area was really lovely. It was in a great location with the main centre less than a 5 min TukTuk away. Would highly recommend.
