The best thing I appreciated was the Park around hotel, I did need it to calm down nerves. Also the hotel itself was comfortable and spacious, no noise ot trouble. Restourant was really good with a lot of options for breakfast and high quality of products for eves.

Host was waiting for us in front of the building. Location was perfect. Just few hundred Meters from arbat street. A 24/7 grocery store Yubilieny in the building. You can cook your own food. Enough utensils stove tops microwave etc. Enough sleeping options for a family of four. Bathroom is provided with towels and shower gels.A balcony where you can smoke your cigarettes looking at snow capped mountains.An ashtray is placed there.Even a garment shop down the building beside the grocery store 'Red Park' what we found the cheapest in whole Almaty. They helped us for the touring of resort . The bell boy treated us with kazakistan traditional sweets . Dilnaz and Deniz they coordinate for our buggy tour. The story about the property and the construction of the property was explained by them. Swimming pool is the best experience I got here. Must visit place. This problem seems usually happens in this city. Except that, this resort hotel was super great, , comfortable beds, yummy breakfast, amazing scenery.. that made me feel so sad to leave. The hotel stuff helped to refund us cash. They speak in good English, no elevator but helped to carry our luggage to the second floor. I think I will come again, but I wish the water problems never happen again.

The room and the beds were very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the balcony and the spectacular view! The food both in the evening and at breakfast was of good quality. We LOVED the sauna and the outdoor pool and would go back again just for that! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we particularly enjoyed playing table tennis with them. The location is perfect for the ski resort and the views on all sides are breathtaking. Worked out extremely good value for money too
