Nice clean rooms and good amount of space. The pool was also really nice. We had rainforest tour organised through them too which was amazing, food provided and swam in a waterfall too. Wonderful experience!

The extremely friendly host family prepares tasty sri lankan food, offer you fruits from their own garden - they have ALL sorts of interesting fruits depending on season. They show you around their tea plantage and all in all just makes you feel good. The cabana (cottage) has all basics and is very clean. This is not luxury, but I personally didn't miss anything. The small family run resort, with 3 natural style cabins, was just recently opened and the hospitality was top notch. I really enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast, a full menu of lunch and dinner meal options, and my peaceful opportunities for yoga, meditation and swimming right in the river! Cant wait to return next year and see the progress on their already lovely garden areas.

Literally right next to one of the entrances. Gayani was super helpful and friendly, and the food was surprisingly excellent, even the scrambled eggs at breakfast were cooking absolutely perfectly, which very rarely the case. Also the bed was by far the most comfortable of the 8 places I’ve stayed so far in SL. Also, the guide they organised at resort was excellent and it was a amazing experience.
