Everything was perfect and there were many activities to do in a little time. It’s such a huge resort and you need to walk back and forth to book any stuff you want to do. Make sure you plan your day well from the time you arrive including the complimentary back massage, it’s totally worth it! There are varied options in the restaurants so you get to enjoy and get your money’s worth on food and drinks too. Once you’re inside, you will never want to go out ;) Total relaxation from the bed and everything on the services of the staff. Melanie has upgraded us to sea view, thank you! Keeshnee from the reception has kindly given a late check-out which allowed us to spend more time in the sun since it rained for few days during our stay. It was tranquil end of our holiday before going back to work and chaos of busy city. Thanks to all, hope to go back one day!

The dinner was really delicious, have to say that this was the best part of our stay, the evening staff also really friendly and professional. The chateau Bel Ombre is 2 minutes walk and you have free access to visit and it’s definitely worth it. The room was very clean, they changed the towels and sheets every day.ObogeanuYoung couple

And you can use the facilities of the Heritage group, such as the C Beach Resort. Also a great location from where to explore the mountain nature parks, and do activities in the South. Due to the fact that they belong to the same hotel group as the resort at the beach, one can use the C Beach Club, turning this relaxed B&B experience into a beach resort feeling in just minutes :)

The staff are always polite and helpful. Melana on reception was extremely helpful during our stay helping with booking excursions. The hotel is right on a beautiful beach and there are 3 well sized swimming pools. The food is varied with an additional restaurant to eat at and entertainment is varied too which is very good when staying at an all inclusive resort. The hotel also did extras to help celebrate our honeymoon which was very kind and made it extra special for us.
