The hotel was good, and the location too, but without the staff it would be just another hotel. Don’t get me wrong, the location and the facilities were good, but what makes this hotel my number one hotel on my list, after being in many luxury hotels and all inclusive, is the staff. I will certainly return to Vila vivência, if I go back to madeira.
