The customer service is out of this world. First class all the way. Hire a car if you want to go out anywhere, but you could equally just stay at the complex the whole time.

    Amazing location near beach, balcony with ocean view. Communication with owner was easy, we felt very welcome and it was great to hear some local tips, not only for delicious poncha :) spacious, very tidy and well-equipped interior. Great location for day trips around the island. A wide parking space in the garage with easy parking. Two bathrooms for 4 people was a luxury.

    Beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, the area is quiet and the view on the fourth floor is interesting from the balcony. the free private car park under the hotel is really very useful and very practical (you can go from the car park to your room by an elevator) it is a luxury in Ponta do sol (like everywhere on the island!) to be able to park near of his accommodation!

    The luxury, the location, the room, the restaurant but most of all the staff. Such a welcome and to be looked after so well was a real treat. Thank you. The staff are helpful with everything you could need. The heated pool is great even in March!
