We had such a lovely stay here. The staff were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fabulous experience, which we did. The food was exceptional and the hospitaltiy warm and friendly. The location was fab; we enjoyed kayaking on the lake, and walking/biking around the area. It is a good place to relax and take a couple of days of down time. The staff arranged a campfire for us one evening, which was a highlight.

    I was very tired and jet lagged after a long flight and before a diving trip. I thought I had asked the resort to send a taxi to pick me up. That didn't happen, they had given me a number but done nothig else. Lost in translation. The check in process was similarly interesting! Thank God for the internet and google translate. That said the room and place is fine. The nearby beach is nice and there are shops and good restaurants nearby so it fulfulled a role!
