I am not a big fan of all inclusive but this resort has definitely exceeded my expectations. Food was superb in all restaurants visited, hotel grounds are huge and perfectly maintained. Activities, shows, animations and spa were top notch. A special mention to the kids club which in my opinion deserves a special mention. Kids got attached to the animators particularly Maria who also joined them for horse riding activity, all other staff were lovely with them, premises are highly maintained. I think it's one of the best kids club ever visited. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and i also had a good view. There's always something going on at the resort. Overall this hotel deserves full marks.

This was my third time in this hotel having visited for the first time in 2015 and then in 2017. I gave it a 10 every time because all was just as it should be for a carefree family vacation where everyone can find an activity or food to their taste, and all in a very comfortable and clean setting.

The receptionists we very polite and helpful. We had couple of issues in the room during our 5 day stay, but they we resolved quickly. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Food was amazing. Waiters were very helpful. Swimming pools were clean but often crowded. The Aqua park was great. We had an amazing time at the hotel.
