Room is spacious. Although very dated, it is very comfortable. The spa facilities are adequate and suitable for families. We enjoyed our stay here. Staff are super friendly and polite.

located above a shopping mall so it was very convenient for food and indoor activities in the event of wet weather. hotel also provided complimentary movie tickets on a daily basis. bouncy castle and electric cars kept children occupied.

The hotel is stunning. I was particularly impressed by the space and comfort of my room, with private onsen on the patio. Staff is very kind and helpful. Japanese restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for the price. The spa is fantastic too. There isn't much to do on foot around, but people come there mostly to enjoy the facilities of the great resort. Free bikes to rent and at least 3 konbini on walking distance

Lots of facilities and activities available for the whole family within the resort. kids particularly enjoyed the indoor sandpit and play area. A large outdoor pool area with a variety of hotspring baths.
