Room was cozy and clean. Location was extremely convenient - walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants, but also to historic sites. Parking was easy and available. Room had a mini fridge, glasses a kettle and some tea bags. Cute arm chairs overlooking the street. Soap and shampoo were stocked well. But the best amenity was the 3 ply tp… little piece of luxury!

The Resort is beautiful and located in a quiet town. We went there in June, not many guests around at the time, the main lobby and bar are closed. The kitchen is fully stocked, we were able to cook ourselves.

The building is unassuming and the main floor is very simple. However, once you open the door to the room you find that is very spacious, extremely comfortable, absolutely modern and very clean. The staff (owners?) are very accommodating if you need to leave your bags for any reason. The bed is super comfortable and felt like luxury. I loved going to bed and waking up there. The next time I am in St. John's, I will stay here.
