We are pleased to offer complimentary Starlink internet access in the restaurant and bar area for guests staying with us. Please note that coverage does not include the beach huts, and if you'd like coverage there, or other parts of the island, you'll need to purchase a Travel eSim or voucher from Vodafone. The property is one of a kind! Aitutaki Village gives you amazing access to its private lagoon, and the hosts Jane and Robin were wonderful guides to the island. The location is peaceful, yet easy to access all the best parts of Aitutaki. We loved our stay!

This waterfront property offers beautifully appointed luxury villas, designed for maximum privacy and relaxation. Each has a beachside patio, private swimming pool, air conditioning and stunning lagoon views. From the moment we were collected from the airport to the day we left, we were treated as special and valued guests. The villas are exceptionally well-appointed and comfortable. While they're luxurious, they still feel like "home". A difficult thing to achieve, but Aitutaki Escape has managed to do this. Thomas and his team made every effort to make our stay memorable. We are grateful for their efforts to help us - from a delicious breakfast delivered every morning, arranging a hire car , arranging lagoon tours and helping us find somewhere to eat in the evening. The private pools are a bonus, and we made good use of them - especially in the evenings. We would highly recommend Aitutaki Escape and look forward to returning one day.

Location is superb. Staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was OK. We understand the challenges of supply for such a remote location. Dinner menus impressive - they changed each day and offered variety. Activities available were impressive. Enjoyed having bicycles available FOC to use around the resort as well as on the main island. Loved the cultural nights with wonderful dancing, great music and fire dancers.
There was not any food service at the resort but they had a wonderful kitchen that enabled us to cook meals ourselves
The lagoon is spectacular and the resort is small that you feel like it’s only you at times in the resort. The staff really care and know everyone by name.
Really well thought out resort. We enjoyed that every bungalow had a bike we could ride around, and water sports equipment readily available. The staff were lovely, and everything was clean & tidy. Absolutely loved our stay and wish we stayed longer!
It was beautiful the gardens were amazing just like the four seasons resorts Rooms were large with every facility Beach was lovely Staff were very warm and helpful
Amazing room and view, stunning beach, staff were SO helpful & friendly. Resort still being built, will be super amazing once the restaurant opens with stunning beach views
The overwater bungalows are great, as well as location and food. Ron from the reception was exceptional - a true professional and great person who makes you feel at home and well taken care of, same with service by Mere. Overall, I would have given 10 points - if it had not been for pre-arrival communication.
Everything! Tasty breakfast, beautiful view straight out to the beach, spent hours in the pool, very well equipped villa and the free scooter is an absolute bonus. I'd come back here to stay anytime, much better than a resort.
We loved staying at the Resort Tava’e. The room was sparkling clean and super-equipped and the location is awesome located walking distance from two good eating options. And Charles and the staff were superb. They really took care of us going above and beyond. I would definitely stay there again, especially after they open their restaurant this spring!
Casual luxury is exactly what you get . Great location, great food , great service. Nothing was a problem. We spent 7 nights in a Beachfront Bungalow. Room 202 . Although all the bungalows look great and are located well it was worth the extra to be right on the beachfront. Having a beautiful breakfast included is fantastic and with either continental and / or full cooked al acarte it certainly sets you up for the day ! Don’t bother looking elsewhere, Tamanu Beach Resort is where you need to be 😊.Look forward to a return visit soon.
