The hotel is situated at a very nice spot in Karfas.It has two swimming pools and a small access to the beach. In a five minute walk there are two bigger beaches and restaurants. The breakfast was ok, it was overcrowded which I suppose is normal for resorts. The room was spacious and clean and had a wonderful sea view and nice sitting area.

The hotel is right in the center, walking distance to the port and restaurants. It is a small and cute hotel with 3 rooms. The room is cleaned every day. The bathroom is fine. Georgia was very caring and smiling. The breakfast place is on the beach and it was fine. Of course, don't expect the all-inclusive concept. As we were leaving the hotel, Georgia gave us small gifts. Thank you from here as well.

The Sea View Resort it is a wonderful structure. The personnel it was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast really good For sure I will be again in this hotel.

Our room was very nice and clean with an amazing sea view. The ground of the resort were very nice as well. The staff was friendly and the breakfast we had included with our room was very good with a lot of options.

The house is very new ans build with first quality material. the cleanest house i have ever been. It is not a hotel actually, it was built as privat ultra luxury house and fully eqipped with h8gh wnd quality equipments. You will find everything you can imagine.. it ia privilage to stay in such house. Good for large group of people up to around 15 people. And Alex is always ready to support you whatever you need. I will not stay elsewhere if i come to Chios ahain

Best Beach in Chios Very nice room with nature and sea view (Number 115 you can open your eyes the sea view in bed) Breakfast and dinner is perfect We felt in 90's in resort holiday, and we loved this very much! Thank you, we'll come again
