The staff were all so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they were very informative and helped us organise any transport we needed. The location is great, surrounded by amazing views and scenery. The food and drinks from the restaurant are all amazing. The resort is very stylish and kept to a very high standard.

1. The property is located outside of the city of Saen Monourom. It is on a hillside with a beautiful view of the open fields. 2. The resort staffs are exceptionally helpful with accommodations. They had helped me to contact the local business that I was interested in, and they even sent a staff to drive me there. The staff team has much hospitality to offer. From reception and restaurant to housekeeping, their customer service is above and beyond.

Splendid hilltop location, generous room surface in the bungalows, very comfortable beds. Desk and chair also available, unlike in many other similar resorts. Great shower with hot water. Decent breakfast buffet.

I was stayed there for 1 night and really enjoy with Pidoma Resort, a bit rain but natural green grass & trees everywhere. My room was great and best view ever, mountain view. everything is perfect ..!!!

Our first impression is customer service, warmly welcome with smile as well as very helpful staff. of course they serving us since we made a booking until we checking out. We really love the infinity swimming, but a bit cold due to raining season. ambience is great, avocado trees, gardens, green-grass. we definitely come back again and recommended Pidoma Resort is the best place to stay in Mondulkiri.
