Maradiva Villas is only 8 km from Casela Nature Park and 11 km from Tamarina Golf Club. Tamarin Bay is 20 km away, and SSR International Airport is 50 km from the resort. We stayed in Maradiva for 8 days for our honeymoon. We were a little apprehensive about staying in a resort as this isn't our usual type of preferred accommodation. However, Maradiva far exceed expectations of what a resort should be. It was a unique stay, where we had our own beautiful villa and pool, with luxurious amenities. The villa is serviced twice a day, with turn down service. The beach was mere seconds away (very well-kept, never crowded with well spaced sun loungers, and helpful staff who check on your comfort and provide drinks and snacks). There are three restaurants to choose from- each exquisite in their own way and any request catered for. There is also a lovely spa with heated pool, and gym. We had an absolutely amazing time in Maradiva- we were given complimentary Raj tent dining by the beach and a spa treatment for our honeymoon. Suffice to say this was a decadent experience, but the true gems of Maradiva are the staff who work tirelessly to look after the guests as if they are their own family members visiting them. Aqeel, Nitish, Pritila, Yeshta, and many others have made the whole experience beyond memorable. We will truly treasure our time in Mauritius & Maradiva, and will wholeheartedly recommend choosing Maradiva if you want an exceptional experience.

Boasting mountain views, Oceanview Kite Studio features accommodation with a casino, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 5.3 km from Paradis Golf Club. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property has a 24-hour front desk, a restaurant with an outdoor dining area. The balcony was amazing and huge and everything was very clean. Great value for the price!

The two restaurants at this resort serve a variety of international cuisine. Guests can relax by the beach and pool, or visit the spa at the neighboring sister resort. Also offered are tennis courts and facilities for kayaking, sailing and windsurfing. Ths staff at La Pirogue are par excellence. They always go out of their way to help you. And they have been consistently excellent since I first came to La Pirogue in 1991. 54 visits later they are still performing at very high levels. Dinners are always varied and high quality. The management are always there to help. The cleaners go beyond the call of duty with their attention to the rooms. And of course the setting is magical.

The Casela Nature Park and Tamarina Golf Estate is within 13 km. The Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport is within a one-hour drive. Amazing place! Beautiful buildings. Wonderful surroundings. Amazing staff, always helpful and smiling. Food was amazing too. I could not have asked for a better experience overall. Thanks Sugar Beach!
