Baba is so knowleagble. We had nothing planned before we arrived just our bus ticket and room, and it was so nice, basic, but just what we like. This is the first ´eco´ hostel that we stayed in that does what it says here in Nepal. The staff are enthuastic about conservation of the wild life but this also reflects the culture at the hostel. We will be back1¡1

They will arrange any kind of activity-jeep trip or walk, full day or half day. They organize it to your wishes, depending on what you hope to see. We even had a feast at a village house, with home made rice wine (fire water). Sitting around a fire, we had a great evening. I give this resort the highest recommendation possible.

Beautiful garden with pond in middle of hotel which is very cool. Gardens are full of flower and fruits tree. Very kind owner hira and shankar. Staffs are always happy to help you in need. I went to jungle with guide Rishi he was very knowledgeable guide he explained very small small things that we saw in jungle. I highly recommend to visit this place. I will surely vist again. The in-house restaurant, The Resort serves multi-cuisine. Location is immediately outside Bardia national park.....you cannot get any closer. Facilities are basic but more than adequate. Hot water showers are available along with very good local food after a long day's trekking. The guides organised by hotel are exceptional. The owner is such a nice guy and the staff cannot do enough to make sure you are happy. Such good value for money. It's my 3rd time returning to bardia jungle cottage and my 7yr old's first and we will definitely be back to see more tigers and stay here. The packed lunch is perfect whilst in jungle and so well organised.
