Located at the center of an enormous property, you couldn't hear anything but nature if you tried and you need really good binoculars to see the 1 neighbor in sight ( in Alentejos plains you can see Kms all around you). Took some great walks without leaving the estate, fed beautiful Lusitados horses, and played with the estate dogs. The poll is fine and a must to cool off (30-40 celsius in the summer) A special thank you to the host, D.Rosa, that really made us feel at home! She is definitely part of the charm of this estate, like an aunt we all should have Ohhh... wanna fly on a hot air balloon? Talk with Publibalao and take off from inside the estate, 3min walk from where you sleep. It was so awesome!

The landlady is a lovely, warm lady that makes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. Very kindly Maria left us a bottle of local wine which was delicious. The location of the house is perfect, near the beach and access to a swimming pool (shared between a handful of houses) . The house is extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable and you will feel at home as soon as you go through the door. The ground floor windows and doors had a net which allows you to open the windows and the doors so it cools down the house without the need to switch on the air con - perfect! Great showers and comfy beds!

Located in the paradisiac Tróia Peninsula, Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort & Residences features villas and holiday homes surrounded by nature with access to both indoor and outdoor pools. Amazing property, location, super spacious, beautifully decorated, amazing swimming pools, amazing exclusive beach, staff was also super helpful. It was perfect to have friends in other properties and be close bye. recommend it! Will come back again!
