Guest rooms in the resort are equipped with a coffee machine. Caparica Azores Ecolodge features some rooms that feature sea views, and all rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and a desk. All rooms are fitted with a seating area. Everything. We live in the island so it was the best local getaway we could hope for for our anniversary. It’s very private and personalized. The breakfast was way more than one could expect. Will go back again next year.

Scenically located by the sea, the 5-star Pedras do Mar Resort & Spa offers accommodation in Fenais da Luz, 10 km from Ponta Delgada. It features an outdoor infinity pool overlooking the sea, a spa and a garden. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The staff was amazing and friendly. The indoor pool was a huge hit with the kiddos. The beds were very comfortable.

With a modern décor, all studios and apartments at ANC Resort have a cable TV and a fully equipped kitchenette for simple meal making. The rooms and apartments also have a small balcony or veranda, depending on the unit. Our reception is available 24 hours a day for anything the guests might need. We had an amazing stay! The room was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, an extremely comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and even an insect repellant was provided. The view from the terasse is marvellous. The staff is very helpful and polite. They attended to our requests with care and provided excellent service. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing. It represented the local food with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Endless possibilities for a healthy diet.

Featuring direct access to Baia de Água d’Alto Beach, this luxurious resort is situated on the island of São Miguel and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Leisure facilities include a large fresh-water outdoor pool. We spent a week on the island of Sao Miguel in the Azores. Pestana Bahia Praia Nature & Beach Resort was the perfect location for our stay. The hotel was centrally located for all our travels and adventures on the island. We booked the Junior Suite with a Sea View. It was huge. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. A lovely buffet breakfast was included in the price of our room. They do serve lunch but we were always out for the day. In the evening they serve a delicious buffet dinner for an additional very moderate price. We drove all over the island in our little rental car - so much to see. The island is lush and green with beautiful overlooks of lakes, valleys and the sea. We definitely needed a week to see everything and we didn't see it all. And the people of the island were so friendly - most spoke perfect English. Sao Miguel is a beautiful place for a vacation.

The owners and staff very accessible and helpful. Having stayed many times over the last 15 years, I brought my friends this time. In town-convenient by walking. Great views. Laundry service.
