The Kung Nok Tha Resort - a TOP address I highly recommend the resort!! We stayed there for a few days and were absolutely thrilled: The location directly on the small river is magical and the beautiful bungalows are built in a great bamboo grove. It really comes up with a jungle feeling. The food was very tasty and authentic, real original Thai cuisine. Chef Wirot was incredibly helpful in all matters: shuttle service, great tips for excursions (including his scooter) and even took us on a private Sun Rise tour in the jungle. The food, cooked by Wirot's wife, was very tasty and authentic - real original Thai cuisine. If you want to experience the original Thailand, this is the place for you: we were the only foreigners there. We will visit the Khao Luang again and then definitely again at Wirot in the Kung Nok Tha Resort.

The hotel has a good size swimming pool. Unfortunately, we have not enough time to swim. In the morning, there is american breakfast service provide in the cafeteria. The highlight and most important thing of this hotel is the hospitability of the owner, very the best. Give them 5 stars.

Friendly and helpful owner and staff. The whole place has a great "beach vibe". The cottages are shacks and comfortable and clean at the same time. You can rent kayaks, SUPs, bodyboards. Food and cocktails at the restaurant are very good. Highly recommended.
