You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt was poorly equipped. There were no, cups, kettle, hair dryer and the heating didn’t work. The ski locker was full of the owners stuff and there was no room for my skis so I had to take them to my room each night. However, grifovacances did immediately issue me with cups, kettle and heater for the room when I informed them but heating issues and ski locker issues were not rectified. Also the wifi repeatedly dropped out.
The location for the slopes was excellent and it was nice to have a balcony. The double glazing kept most noise from the street out. Even though it was a sofa bed it was large and comfortable.

United KingdomThe check-out system. We wanted to make the most out of our last day of skiing before checking out. We had to wait for someone to come inspect the flat before check-out and they never showed up which delayed our ski morning and added unnecessary frustration waiting around, even though we were promised they'd show up at 9AM.

PortugalBeds quite uncomfortable and a bit dirty. Rooms (and the apartment in general) should get some love from the host and have new furniture.
Location is good, although it's not ski to door as advertised (at least the building we were in - nevada 2). Reception to collect the keys is near by, but a better alternative would be to meet the host at the apartment.

United KingdomWe booked for 10 people and on the booking it said 2 apartments of 5 people, with no mention of the apartments being in separate buildings - the only thing differentiating these apartments was that one had a mountain view and the other had a balcony. Not completely absurd to assume they could be in the same building, as most buildings tend to have more than just one side with windows. We arrived and were greeted by 3 members of unbelievably rude staff who walked away when we tried to get served. When we were eventually served after 45 minutes and told that the apartments were in two separate buildings, I told her that this is not what we were told on booking.com and her response was that I didn’t read it when booking and that it’s clearly outlined on booking.com, she also told me that I only looked at the pictures when booking and that I’d taken no note of the details. I went back onto my booking to show her that what she’s saying is incorrect but all she could do is talk over me and walk away. When I told her that I’d raise this with booking.com as what they’re doing is false advertisement, she changed her tune and said they’d give me a refund there and then and we can find somewhere else to stay. Obviously this wasn’t a choice as it was a booking for 10 people. If you end up staying here, you’ll realise that the apartments aren’t actually under ‘Grifo Vacances’ and the images they’re using are only showing one of the many buildings they could put you in - Grifo Vacances is solely the name of the company renting out different apartments. The address they send you to is their office, where we spent over an hour and a half trying to check in, and then had to trek across town with our luggage to where we were actually staying - not to mention we were given towels and sheets at the office to also carry with us, as well as all of our ski luggge. One of the showers didn’t drain so it was pretty much unusable for the week and we had to use the sink to wash.
One of the apartment location’s was good.
