We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom was cold and we couldn’t turn up the heat. Micro fridge didn’t work. They really should not serve powdered scrambled eggs with breakfast. They smelled bad and tasted worse.
Good views higher up in the valley but a bit isolated. Good location for exploring Andorra. Good breakfast that was included. Comfortable bed and English news channels on TV.

The staff members were not only super kind but also incredibly helpful The place is amazing and the hotel is really beautiful. Super close to the sky center Ordino.

Very pleasant property away from any major town in a quiet location. The Spa was very good with all the usual things that you would expect of a spa and massages available.

NetherlandsWi-fi was really bad, when needed I hot spotted my 5G. The location is nice for resting but it's definitely a remote location, you don't have nearby facilities (supermarket, restaurants, drugstores), so keep that in mind. If you're staying for a long period (1+ week) maybe you can get bored, the location is only really worth it if you're there exclusively for the mountains (either hiking in the summer or ski/snowboarding in the winter). I get that the spa is paid, but for the price, I do believe they could offer some free spa passes. The spa price is 22 euros per person 1h30, but tbh we got discouraged to use it by the price. I believe that if we got free spa passes (doesn't need to be much 45-60 min per person) we would be way more inclined to acquire the spa tickets more times, paying for them. It was definitely not a deal breaker, though, just a small detail/suggestion.
The hotel is amazing, has really nice facilities, and the staff is super helpful and kind, they basically sorted out all the snowboard stuff for us before we arrive (tickets, rental, lessons, etc), and it definitely made the stay way easier. There is huge free parking in the next street (~5min walking) and you can mostly find good spots in front of the hotel, private parking (inside) is paid. It is one of the closest hotels to the ski station but don't let this trick you, it is still quite far from the slopes (8-10 min by car). The region is extremely quiet and chill, thus very safe. The rooms are amazing, pretty decent bed and shower, great view, and with decent space. The food is great, we got full board and we met our expectations. Breakfast has a ton of variety, the dinner/lunch menu changes regularly so that you can make different choices and the meals are mostly above average, and some were delicious. For the price, it was super worth it.

Very comfortable room, with all amenities (except a kettle :-( ). Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Super nice staff although struggling to speak in English. A big shout out to Jose Maria at Reception who helped to get us out of a sticky snow situation with the car. We didn't test out Spa facilities so no comment on that.

United KingdomWe were disappointed with the breakfast as although there was bacon and scrambled eggs on offer both were stone cold as were the plates and the bacon was floating in oil. I do appreciate that maybe some people eat theirs like this but to us it was a disappointment. Everything else was really nice.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and our room was lovely. We particularly like the lounge area with the most magical of views down the valley. The lady on reception was so helpful and friendly.
