All the stairs up. Also, one day I was trying to come up on the elevator and, to my surprise, a women’s had been trapped in it for a long time. I’d rather take the stairs any time, carrying skies and boots if needed rather than taking that elevator.!

The sofa bed was a bit tricky to set up and the stove in one of the apartments would shut down when overheated.

Parking was extremely difficult. Hard to find the way in. Once found couldn’t get garage door open as lock was breaking. Very stressful. Spaces and turning area very small but we were given two to compensate.

The parking is really hard even if you have a small car. We had a parking spot and on the second day of our stay there was a car parked in our spot, the reception was closed so we had no one to tell about this.

The wifi was little bit weak, but the staff was really helpful and flexible and they solved the problem immediately.

We got very detailed description about how to get the keys, as we arrived after the reception opening hours, we managed to find it. The location was great with beautiful view for the mountains. The apartment was great and big enough for 4 people. The weather was little bit cold but they provided us extra heating system.

Andorra isn't EU and so roaming fares are applying when visiting. WIFI in the hotel wasn't good at all. One of us meant to be working one day and even getting the paid Wifi it wasn't possible to do it

Location is absolutely great very close from Tarter slopes. Easy access and parking . Parking spots are very small but after providing the car model to the staff they accommodated my car in a bigger space which it was very helpfull

Free wifi was quite slow. Garage parking was full. Parking in the street is impossible (cars WILL be blocked). There is a nice parking 300m away.

Loved the location and view over the mountains. Easy check in and reception were helpful. Comfortably fit our family of four. Bonus was the washing machine. No problem for us but a few stairs to get to the rooms so please be mindful if you have any ailments. Easy 10 minute walk to the ski fields (got day ski passes from ski place). Would recommend and value for money.

The linens and mattresses in the apartment itself were obviously cheap and not very comfortable. For some of the sheets, it was questionable whether they had been properly changed before check-in. The water heater is small and can run out quickly. In general, the apartment could use a bit of renovation.

Affordable price for an apartment suitable for a small family. The apartment had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. They respond quickly through Booking’s messaging feature.

Necessity to pay for reasonable Internet speed. Parking for tourists is available in the hotel garage for €12 but only for small cars-very difficult to climb into and dangerous to damage the car. Impossible to park outside at night due to the local town rules.

Beautiful settings, reasonably furnished apartment, helpful receptionist.
