Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicIt was more or less bad luck to go for the breakfast together with about 60 french tourist at the same time. Not a fault of the hotel.
Very good service for reasonable price... Hotel is well located and very good equiped. You can enjoy the mountain view from some rooms. Do not hesitate to visit the wellness and spa.

SpainParking in the lower levels of garage is EXTREMELY tight and hard to park in. If I had known, I would have dropped my bag and parked down the street in the open town parking lot.
It was a truly lovely respite to stay with the hotel. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view. The Spa staff were great and I had an excellent massage. the village is small and pleasant even in off season.

SpainVery good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Special thanks to the reception manager Emanuel for prompt and high-quality assistance in solving our extra whims, we really appreciate it!

MaltaThis hotel shouldn’t be a 5 star. It is between a 3 star and a 4 star but definitely not 5 star! Personnel need better command of English, breakfast needs to be varied as everyday it was 100% identical for 1 whole week. Spa girl attendant was very rude getting angry at us for asking about the spa services because it was before 13:00 which is when the spa opens, and you cannot book with anyone unless you stay at the hotel (so you cannot place bookings in the morning) + the fact the spa is not open to use during the mornings is also not convenient (should be a 5 star remember!). The room decor had considerable wear and tear, def in need if a refurbishment (if it is to be considered as a 5 star remember!). Whenever you went to the bar in the lobby, there was a queue if 15 mins minimum to get served cos the servers are not enough or just slow. After 10pm there is no possibility of eating anything in the hotel not even from the bar, at maximum they will do you a toast but only after a lot of pleading and grumbling. SO DEFINITELY THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. IT SHOULD BE DEMOTED AND REPRESENT THR REALITY.
The outside play area for the children is nice and the kids enjoyed it. its located in a beautiful area surrounded by bars with the mountain overlooking and river streams passing by. parking for our vehicle was always available. Even if breakfast officially closed at 10am, the staff always let us have breakfast till later when we woke up late.

FinlandNo parking, no air conditioner. Check in takes 45 mins, check out 20 mins. Breakfast 10 minutes wait time to be seated in empty restaurant. Our windows view was to some wall with grpahitie and all night some cars driving above us. Looks like some basment level.. but it was 4th floor.
Hotel placed next to Ski Lift, just in 4 mins walking. Nice view from hotel pool to the mountains
