excellent family run hotel. rooms were pretty roomy and very nice. the restauraunt was very nice indeed. we booked half board and had excellent meals every night and a nice brekfast every morning. all in all this was a wonderful stay in Ordino!

Great location, great staff and lovely warm rooms. Breakfast was very good as well. It was very quiet at the hotel as we were there in early November and the kitchen made our breakfast to order. Can't get better than that.

The building is a little noisy and you can hear people walking around the hotel when sleeping. We couldn’t have the balcony door open at night as people would smoke below our room which made our room smell. We were there during a hot summer so this may not be an issue for much of the time.

The views are amazing, the style of the property is really nice. The access to the gym down the road for a discount rate was fantastic and the hotel staff were lovely.

Hotel was surprisingly hard to find - you have to look closely to the signs. it was difficult to communicate in English - only Spanish / French. Late breakfast - started only from 8am.

Clean comfy hotel, the room overlooked the mountain and the views were really pretty. Staff were very friendly and offered us coffee before the breakfast. The top notch restaurant on site, offered delicious menu for Hotel guests. Great facilities, free parking, pool, lovely yard, tennis courts.

The reception staff were particularly helpful, warm and friendly. We loved the fantastic location and beautifully views. Set menu was good. We enjoyed a visit to the postal museum in this very pretty town.

The hotel is in need of maintenance. Most things work just about but it is tired and tatty in places. The breakfast buffet was OK but not worth 15 Euros. The swimming pool was out of service for the duration of our three nights stay and the "exclusive access" to the sports club is by separate payment, which is not made clear in the publicity.

Ordino is a lovely place, quite small but with a fair amount of things to see and do, including a couple of good restaurants. The hotel barman was really welcoming, and one of the receptionists went above and beyond helping my father with his small collection of Andorra-issued coins.

Unfortunately, the day we arrived, the city music festival was starting and they played extra loud music until 5 in the morning. We didn't sleep at all that night, my mom had to make her bed on the bathroom floor to be away from the noise. It's too bad the hotel didn't have any info about this on their website - we left the hotel after the first night and cancelled the 3 remaining ones. Saturday there was a huge wedding - careful, it looks like it will be like this every Saturday during summer, potential noise as well.

The hotel has nice mountain vibes, the served dinner really was excellent, the common areas are cute. If you are looking for a calm hotel in the mountains, you will enjoy it here. The rooms were clean, make sure to ask for a balcony.

The third floor room was hot; there was one large swing window that opened but leaving it open all night we were assuming would ask for bug bites so we left it cracked and it was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. The facilities are generally worn and in need of updating. The prior mini golf and small pool appeared closed indefinitely. Tennis courts are still available for guests.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The grounds are generally well kept with some nice seating areas on porch and lower patio. The parrot from previous reviews has a friend now and did not appear neglected :) Breakfast was standard, no complaints there.

The breakfast was good, maybe I would add some more food variety to it for 15 EURO or make it 10 EURO because while it was good, it was simple. The room was a bit cold but other than that it was ok. I would maybe add a few sandwiches for the evening/night because the restaurant closes early and the kiosk mini supermarket also closes at 8:30.

Everything went well. The staff was exceptional and friendly. The location was extraordinary, with many hike routes and beautiful scenery. The coffee was amazing!
