The price for parking was very high. We have a van that didn't fit in the hotel parking, at 21 euro a day. The street parking was 21 euro a day also. If you could get a space.

No free parking around the hotel. You have to pay for the one from the hotel and It's quite uncomfortable, I was scared to drive my car in it.

The location is amazing ! Window view to the mountains, clean room, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good !

My room was next to the cleaning cupboard so the door would bang from quite early on in the morning which is pretty noisy. I think the breakfast is pretty expensive at €11 when you can pop to a coffee shop next door for €3-4

Location is great. Room size & facilities are really good. Nice comfortable bed & good bathroom. The lap pool, sauna & steam room are a nice little bonus.

My room was on the side of the (only) road through town direction other towns = busy and noisy. I couldn't open the windows which I normally do. With closed window the noise was better to manage.

Location, hart of La Massana, close to the shops and ski lift. Spacious Hotel, easy to get to and move around. We loved the spacious rooms and comfort.

Well I guess very many have spend nights in the hotel, room 607 had already very worn mattress that was disturbing a good night sleep.

Cyclist friendly hotel, no problem with bikes in the room. Super breakfast to start the day. Very good location in La Massana.

Half board is great value and there is a good choice and variety of food. Restaurant is open late. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Irish bar has good atmosphere and is family friendly. Location is good, less than 5 minutes walk from La Massana cable car and the shops.

The variety of food and its quality must be improved. Access to swimming pool and sauna has an extra cost. I think these services should be included when you book a room

Noice from the corridor and elevator very disturbing - earplugs recommended. Smell of smoke in the lobby area from people smoking just outside.

The staff was very friendly and service minded and helpful with special requests. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated that there was a bookable little spa area. The breakfast was good (We never tried the buffet dinner). The location in the centre near the tourist information and cable car very good.

Nothing really. If being picky, the tea was very weak. Some decent breakfast tea bags for the English guests would be preferable but not a massive deal.

Every member of staff we encountered were excellent and so friendly. It was an exceptionally busy time but they all just kept smiling and doing everything they could to make our stay perfect. The bed was made every day, the room tidied and towels folded. The food was really good. Probably best buffet style food I've experienced and certainly great value. The rooms and beds were comfortable, bar prices reasonable. All in all an excellent stay, perfect location.
